Free cancellation
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Partial cancellation (30 to 7 days before arrival)
If the cancellation is made between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Late cancellation (less than 7 days before arrival)
If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, or in the event of a guest no-show (no show), 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Refunds
Corresponding refunds will always be made to the same card used for payment of the reservation.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the cancellation.
General conditions
Unless otherwise specified in the reservation or in particular conditions communicated in writing, these cancellation and refund policies will apply.
