<\/p>

  1. Applicable Legislation<\/strong>
    This tourist rental contract is governed entirely by the legislation in force in the Principality of Andorra, as well as by the specific rules and regulations that govern apartments for tourist use.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Length of Stay<\/strong>
    The duration of the rental will be that agreed upon in the reservation, with no possibility of automatic extension. Any extension must be expressly requested and will be subject to the availability of the apartment. <\/p><\/li>

  3. Number of Occupants<\/strong>
    The apartment may only be occupied by the maximum number of people indicated in the reservation. It is forbidden to accommodate more guests than allowed without the express consent of the property. <\/p><\/li>

  4. Included and not included services<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    • The rental price includes: use of the furnished apartment, sheets, towels, water supply, electricity, heating and internet (when indicated).<\/p><\/li>

    • Cleaning is not included in the rental price. The guest must return the apartment in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. Otherwise, an additional charge may apply for extraordinary cleaning. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      1. Security Deposit<\/strong>
        A security deposit may be required at the beginning of the stay, which will be returned once the correct condition of the apartment has been verified.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Rules of use<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.<\/p><\/li>

        • Parties, illegal activities or behaviors that may cause disturbance to the neighborhood are not allowed.<\/p><\/li>

        • The tenant will be responsible for damages caused by misuse of the facilities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          1. Early termination<\/strong>
            Failure to comply with any of the obligations established herein may be cause for early termination of the contract, without the right to reimbursement.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
