<\/p>

  1. Free cancellation<\/strong>
    Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Partial cancellation (30 to 7 days before arrival)<\/strong>
    If the cancellation is made between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Late cancellation (less than 7 days before arrival)<\/strong>
    If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, or in the event of a guest no-show (no show<\/em>), 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Refunds<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    • Corresponding refunds will always be made to the same card used for payment of the reservation.<\/p><\/li>

    • The refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the cancellation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
